Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, being just steps away from Tallinn's Old Town, making it easy to explore at my own pace. The rooms, although needing a bit of airing upon arrival, were decently sized, with spacious bathrooms but felt a bit outdated and gloomy. The service was top-notch, with approachable and friendly staff ready to assist in any situation. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited options for breakfast, prompting me to skip a meal. Overall, the hotel excels in its fantastic location and friendly service but falls short in terms of room condition and dining choices.
The hotel has a convenient location, just a street crossing away from the old town, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were a bit small and had an extra bed we didn't need, with a persistent bad smell in the bathroom. The service was top-notch and very amiable, going the extra mile to offer free morning coffee. However, the dining was uninspiring, although it featured a help-yourself buffet. Overall, a decent choice for a stay with some minor drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms were clean and functional, loved the convenience of the restaurant downstairs, and the location, only 200m from the edge of Old Town, was ideal for exploring. However, it did feel a bit cold at times during my stay.
The hotel was conveniently located right next to the Old Town, making it easy for me to explore the area at my leisure. The rooms were basic and comfortable despite some shortcomings, and the service was friendly with a standout staff member named Elena. However, the dining experience could have been improved with more variety. Overall, a good value for the location and service provided.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, nice, and clean, exactly as shown on the booking site. They were spacious, with a great working desk, good WiFi, and a lovely bathroom. I can imagine the original block rooms have even more character, adding to the charm of the stay. The service was top-notch, both professional and courteous, going above and beyond to help with arrangements like car hire, housekeeping, and airport shuttle services. The location was superb, being close to the old town yet nestled in a quiet area, making it extremely convenient. The dining experience was pleasant, with a rich and traditional setting. The facilities provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size with seating for extra comfort, but unfortunately, there was a constant horrible bad drain smell that made the stay quite unpleasant. The service, however, was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond, especially when they made us breakfast after our misunderstanding. The location was excellent, right on the edge of the old town, offering easy access to all attractions. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, as the old-fashioned German Biergarten-style space was dull and dysfunctional.
The hotel surprised me with a larger room than expected, complete with a massive bathroom. However, the discomfort from the extra bed was a downside. The helpful service and convenient location made my stay enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were large and nice, making for a lovely and warm atmosphere, although it was very cold outside. The service was top-notch overall, with everyone being very helpful, except for one employee who seemed a bit off. The location of the hotel was exceptional, being very convenient and close to everything I needed. The dining experience was nice too, setting me up for the day ahead with some delicious homemade sausages.
The hotel offers comfortable and quiet rooms with underfloor heating, making it perfect for a winter stay. The service is exceptional, especially thanks to Elena who provided wonderful customer assistance during a lost-luggage issue. The central location allows easy access to cultural sites and the old town.
The hotel offers great value with super clean and comfortable rooms. The bathroom is amazing, but the space is a little tight. The service is friendly, although there was a slight hiccup with mail delivery. The location is terrific, just steps from the Old Town of Tallinn. The dining experience could use more variety, especially for non-meat eaters. Despite the dining, the hotel is where they let themselves down the most.
